Academic Success Workshop Series

The Academic Success Workshop Series was designed to provide the students at Texas Gulf Coast schools of nursing with additional instruction and tutorials without overloading faculty. Sessions inculde anything from study skills and overcoming test anxiety to dosage calculations tutorials or more topical material such as IV insertion techniques.

By using modified tele-medicine carts for video conferencing, a faculty or staff member at one school can provide extra tutoring and assistance to the students at many area schools.
